Backpacker Resorts

There are quite a few frontier Backpacker style accomodations in Milne Bay, often referred to as 'Guest Houses' in the area. They usually consist of basic bungalow, village style, accommodation and that's about it. They are mostly family run and have very few visitors. Wild PNG has a number of village style Backpacker Accommodations we call 'Outposts' and they are all family run and owned. Wild PNG works cloesely with the families to ensure a consistent experience and basic set of standards no matter which WildPNG Backpacker Resort you choose. Here are our favourites.
